The subjects in this study are the fifth and sixth grade elementary school students in Pingtung County. The effective samples are 520 in total. ”Questionnaire on the elementary school students’ attitude toward Internet safety” is designed and administered as a research instrument. According to the results of the questionnaire, the following conclusions are gained by handling data and analyzing method of descriptive statistics, Chi-square, independent sample T-test, one-way Anova, Pearsons product-moment correlation, and regression. According to the result of the analyzed data, the conclusions are as follows: 1. Elementary school students use a time control in Internet use, less than 5 hours per week;the place of using Internet was mainly at home. Students receive Internet safety knowledge mainly from teachers and parents. 2. Elementary school children are mainly engaged in playing online games and entertainment, searching academic information and activities such as chatting for making friends. 3. The behavior of peers in Internet safety is performed well, but in the respect for "intellectual property" is the worst. 4. The individual attitude toward Internet safety is performed well, and in the respect for "intellectual property" is the worst. 5.
