Based on the numerical analysis algorithm is used, a non-linear inventory model is derived to solve the optimal order quantity and re-order point to reach the goal for the total expected cost minimization. At the single material part, sensitivity analysis is implemented for relevant parameters on the expected total inventory cost function. At the multi-material, the variance analysis is implemented.
