Summary:碩士 === 國立屏東科技大學 === 企業管理系所 === 98 === In this study, we choose the employees from Pingtung County Hall and their agencies to be the research subjects. We try to find out the antecedent variables and outcome variables from department staffs’ knowledge sharing willingness, so as to understand the impacts on jobs performance.The antecedent variables of knowledge sharing will include four dimensions: personality, learning orientation, organizational fairness,and job characteristics. Issuing 570 questionnaires, we receive 313 valid questionnaires ,and the recovery rate reaches 54.91%. Then, we use LISREL analysis to perform the empirical and verify the proposed assumptions. Overall, this theoretical model is consistent with the acceptable level of fit test. It indicates that the theoretical model of this research is supported, and these six constructs do play an influential part on it. The main findings are as follows: on knowledge sharing will has a significant positive impact. In addition, the knowledge sharing will has a positive significant impact on job performance. Consequently, according to the results of the study, we make some suggestions.
