Literature review and questionnaire survey were conducted. Through literature review, the framework of the research was established. The self-designed questionnaire was derived on literature review, and it was used to collect data for statistical analysis. A total of 1,350 effective questionnaires in 12 junior high schools were collected with 95.27% return rate, including 1,236 students, 68 teachers, and 46 administrators. The major findings of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. The students and the teachers’ perception of the morning activity are quite positive. 2. There are significant differences between students, teachers, administrators with the acceptance of morning activity. 3. There are significant differences between school sizes and the activity frequency with the acceptance of morning activity. 4. There are significant differences between educational background and the related experiences with the acceptance of morning activity. 5. There are significant differences in the administrative experiences with the acceptance of morning activity. 6. The students and teachers in Pingtung County think the morning activity will be desirable and appropriate in the implementation of 1 or 2 times per week and at most 20 minutes per time.
