Both questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews were used to collect data. Employees (N=92) from 4 international tourist hotel responded to questionnaires, and then five employees selected as the interviewees. The findings are as follows: 1. The degree of the overall occupational burnout of dimensions is moderately strong. The degree of “emotional exhaustion” and “turnover intention” is the strongest. They made good use of the leisure coping strategies, “leisure palliative coping strategy” was used the most. They were also satisfied with the leisure benefits, especially “physiological benefit” and “social benefit” . 2. The degree of occupational burnout differed significantly with their gender and years of service. 3. Their overall leisure coping strategies were not different with their background. 4. Their overall leisure benefits were not different with their education level. 5. The leisure coping strategies did not mediate the relationship between the occupational burnout and leisure benefits.
