The contents of Abstract in this thesis:
With the social development, economic structure changes, people growing demand for increased tourism. In the tourism industry, the contribution of tourist shopping is very impressive variety of retail tourists, so shopping in the global tourism market, not just a tourist activity, and on the tourism market, has gradually become very important. Donggaang area, whether natural or cultural resources are deeply attracted visitors to this stop play, area selling agricultural products and souvenirs shops, but for area Souvenir shop operator the current status of work has been attained complete, therefore, this study for the Donggaang area souvenir shop operators, investigation and analysis.
This study purpose to know Donggaang local operators of the respondents, survey methods and statistical analysis program SPSS software for empirical analysis. By analysis of variance and t analysis to explore the demographic characteristics for tourism operators to develop innovative business models of tourism impacts and the other three dimensions have differences; In addition, path analysis to further explore the use of agricultural products souvenir shop for tourism development, tourism impact and business model innovation among the various dimensions of the association.
The results showed that: Donggang district agricultural products souvenir shop operators for tourism development, tourism impact and business innovation model, because of the operator's age, education, and shop the way business are difference and have different cognitive extent. And in tourism development, tourism impact and business innovation model in three dimensions have a direct impact on relations. Finally, the results for further possible managerial implications and specific recommendations for the Donggang tourism planning decision.
