But to conduct a literature analysis, whether for the paper title, abstract, keywords, references, and full text to analysis, will be subject in data collection, data clean, data analysis steps. The treatment takes a lot of time, even if the paper has been digitized document, collecting is still mostly done manually. Due to complicated procedures, there will be many of limitations, or affected the data collection of the sample and errors. This study was to build a citation analysis system on Web infrastructure, based on literature data sets on PubMed Central. The results generated by system search engines contains column of author, journal, keyword, citation statistics and other content. Citation analysis to assist researchers in this field has in-depth knowledge and understanding. System architecture include: (1) literature search module, (2) literature statistics module, (3) literature analysis module (4) Literature co-citation analysis module. The system as an advanced biomedical literature database retrieval system. More than 17 million records literature citation analysis of data sets.
