This study aimed to investigate the far infrared to 9 points hot paste at high risk of diabetes intervention program, the knowledge of channels and programs received only 12 weeks of diabetes, the effectiveness of high-risk group differences in order to enhance the high risk of diabetes quality of life and delay or avoid really into diabetic patients. Quasi-experimental research design (Quasi-experimental), divided into control and experimental groups of 44 and 32 in the experimental group for the far-infrared point hot paste in the control group attended 12 weeks of health care programs Activities before and after the experimental group and control group are required to undertake a complete SF-36 (Quality of Life Scale) and the screening blood pressure.
