| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立台北護理學院 === 旅遊健康研究所 === 99 === The psychiatric nurses who are suffered a l ot of job stress since they were with special description of the job . However, job stress can cause serious effects among physical and mental health. The current study focused on the self-adjustment, lack leisure coping research. Study confirmed that good health related good coping skills. The purpose of this study was to explore the job stress, leisure participation, physical and mental health status, differences and relationships among psychiatric nurses. Through convenience sampling, 216 valid samples were collected. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was applied to test the model and the finding indicated an acceptable fit in the proposed model. The results of the research concluded as follow: (1) Job stress appears to influence the Health significantly and negatively. (2) Leisure coping strategies appears to influence Leisure participation significantly and positively. (3) Leisure participation appears to influence Health significantly and positively.
