碩士 === 國立臺灣體育學院 === 運動管理學系碩士班 === 98 === 　　The purpose of this study based on synthesis correlation theories and literature of services quality is to explore the service satisfaction for swimming pool at Busin Elementary School, as well as pool management directions and expectations of service. The studied population includes the elementary school students nearby who learn to swim in the pool at Busin Elementary School, which lies in Budai Town of Jiayi County. We collected 449 sample data and applied t test and MANOVA to carry out difference analysis for the five dimensions of service quality with different demographical variables, while appling the regression analysis to construct the prediction model for the reputation and overall evaluation of the swimming pool. 　　The results showed that the average satisfaction of every item is high, and it also showed that the swimming pool management units had a very good operation and management. Under the good performance of teaching service, the further enhanced responsiveness and empathy will help improve the evaluation and reputation of Busin swimming pool. Simultaneously, it must strengthen sanitation and neatness about swimming pool, and understand the views of special students in-depth in order to improve the quality of the swimming pool service satisfaction. 　　This study also randomly selected 134 parents of student’s and surveyed the business direction and expectations for swimming pool service. The results showed that professional coaches, security and low cost were the advantages of Busin swimming pool. If the unit can organize various swimming or water activities, it may increase awareness and create marketing opportunities. These viewpoints above also may be as a reference about business management and marketing management.
