The present study conducted in the action research for a whole semester. The text allowed students to read and to enhance the understanding of NOS. The researcher used diary、interview、questionnaire and assessment to collect data. According to the data, the researcher revised the text which was the creative writing integrated instruction of NOS text. The result found that student’s performance significantly promoted in the questionnaire after they read the creative writing text, especially, in the verification of scientific knowledge and the query of scientific method. Moreover, they had a positive evaluation for the text. The researcher also found the NOS of creative text that matched the instruction, that is, the authors should organize the knowledge context of teaching materials to integrate the appropriate NOS and to develop the narrative text. In the period of developing, the authors could make use of dialogue, fictitious, sudden transition…etc. skills to satisfy the expectation of students’ interest approach.
