The object of this study are 234 students of the elementary school of coast line in Tai-Chung County, 225 valid samples, the data were analyzed by Pearson product-moment correlation method, furthermore, individual interview were then used to have a better understanding of their thought and misconceptions. The main results of this research are as follows: 1.The ability of listening comprehension is significantly correlated to their ability of Mathematics learning achievement. 2.Their ability of Mathematics learning achievement is significantly correlated to the level of understand in Listening Core Competence Test, but is only low correlated to the level of subject grasp, content jot, memory ability in Listening Core Competence Test. 3. Mathematics learning achievement in low-score sections is significantly correlated to their ability of listening comprehension, however there is no significantly correlated between medium-score and high-score sections. 4. The ability of listening comprehension and Mathematics learning achievement of common divisors problems and common multiples problems are all related to schema. 5. There is no significantly difference in Listening Core Competence Test in both boys and girls. 6. There is no significantly difference in common divisors problems and common multiples problems test in both boys and girls. 7. No matter boys or girls, the ability of listening comprehension is moderately correlated to their ability of Mathematics learning achievement of common divisors problems and common multiples problems.
