| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 教育學系 === 98 === The main purpose of this research was to investigate the relation ship between elementary school teachers’ awareness of declining population rate and job involvement in Taichung County. The related document database and designed questionnaire of “The relationships between elementary school teachers’ awareness of declining population rate and job involvement”were used as the research tool to acquire the information for analysis. In this research, the Taichung County elementary school teachers were selected and surveyed. The questions data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation analysis. The conclusions of this study were as follow:
A、The teachers in Taichung County had a strong awareness of declining population
rate.
B、The teachers in Taichung County had well job involvement.
C、The teachers’ awareness of declining population rate in Taichung County was
affected by different variables such as the younger age, the less years of being a
teacher. The teachers in medium and small school size had high awareness.
D、The job involvement of teachers in Taichung County was affected by different
variables such as the elder age, the married teachers the more years of being a
teacher、the teachers with administration mission and in small school size had a
higher job involvement.
E、The relation between teachers’ awareness of declining population rate and job
nvolvement were low positive in Taichung County. This showed the teachers’
higher awareness of declining population rate and the degrees of job involvement were more high.
