| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺中教育大學 === 數位內容科技學系碩士班 === 98 === This study was to understand the major key factors of competitive strategy and how to promote the Industry-University cooperation since transition of educational university. Firstly, we talk about the meaning and related theories of the Industry-University cooperation in the literature study, and then explore the background and context of it in Taiwan. Moreover, we explore the type, method, advantages, disadvantages, and the successful key factors of promoting the Industry-University cooperation in general universities, and focus on the development strategy theory of university.
According to the literature discussion, this case study based on the successful key factors of promoting the Industry-University cooperation in general universities as the analysis framework. We inducted to the elements of six dimensions, depending on the architecture of those dimension elements to design one questionnaire for the professors in university and the other one for the managers in enterprises. Based on the university strategy analysis theory as analysis framework, we inducted from four dimensions of factors to promote the Industry-University cooperation in university, and design semi-structured interview outline to interview.
To consolidate and inducted the interviews and the results of the questionnaire analysis, we summarize that to promote the Industry-University cooperation in educational university should contain the factors of four dimensions which are included 23 items in total. To give the related recommendations for National Taichung University and other universities which have the problems of transition for the references in the future.
