The study was used quasi-experimental design which included pre-test, experiment processes, posttest, and delayed posttest. The subjects were the third grade students in Changhua County. One class was selected as the experimental group, using multi-media teaching aids protractor with Interactive White Board teaching. The other, as the control group, was taught with single-shot multi-media computer teaching. There were 25 students in the experimental group and 28 students in the control group. After total of 11 classes in four weeks of experimental instruction, descriptive statistics, ANCOVA, independent groups and paired-sample t-test were applied after experiments to obtain the following conclusions. 1. The students in the experimental group have demonstrated better mathematical abilities than the students in the control group. 2. Both teaching strategies of two groups could enhance students’ learning motivation. 3. Students in both groups after experiments hold a positive attitude toword learning mathematics.
