This thesis wants with the idea improve, through probing documents and sharing experience of experts and scholar etc. In the process through learning and doing, mix the idea and activity of improvement into the case progressively. To construct the staff’s independently managing system which is improved the activity as the purpose to study. Is it solve the problem that the case company is existing to expect to be able and outside the abnormal, and then made the activity ' kaizen ' pursue to the whole company, offer relevant ' kaizen ' experience. Do the basis that is consulted for the industrial circle.
