Based on " people ", " making people before making products. Let the staff contribute the power of knowledge together can make enterprises survive. Through communicate and train to improve the staff's skill. At the scene, a lot of problems can be solved in the beginning. Therefore, improving the quality of the products, lowering costs and handing in one, reducing the waste, improve the competitiveness of enterprises, is called ' kaizen ' in the management idea of Japanese type. Japanese has taken the idea improve among daily life already, and turn it into a kind of habit. ' Kaizen ' contributed to the success of Japan's competitiveness. This thesis wants with the idea improve, through probing documents and sharing experience of experts and scholar etc. In the process through learning and doing, mix the idea and activity of improvement into the case progressively. To construct the staff’s independently managing system which is improved the activity as the purpose to study. Is it solve the problem that the case company is existing to expect to be able and outside the abnormal, and then made the activity ' kaizen ' pursue to the whole company, offer relevant ' kaizen ' experience.
