Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 國語文學系碩士班 === 98 === There are six chapters in the article, including the introduction, four main chapters, and the conclusion. It’s a study of three aspects in Sung Yuan: the relationship between the society and the female living condition in Sung Yuan, the feminine images in Sung Yuan story-telling scripts, and the skills of the description of the feminine image. The second chapter makes a brief introduction to the politics, economics, and the society in Sung Yuan. Besides, it talks about the development of “the story-telling,” and then, the female living conditions. However, there are so various kinds of female living conditions that we can hardly talk about all of them. So we just choose the ones that are special and closely related to the story-telling scripts. They are divided into three parts: the marriage, education, and economics. The third chapter is about five female characteristics, including the positive ones: braveness and wisdom, blind passion, and traditional ethics; the negative ones: eroticism and jealousness. However, the female characteristics are not easy to be clearly classified because each female has more than one kind of characteristics. Therefore, each person may appear in more than one chapter. Nevertheless, the characteristic is not the only way to classify the feminine images in Sung Yuan story-telling scripts. The fourth chapter makes another classification with the identity, including the family, occupation, and different other kinds. It tries to discuss if the change of the identity has certain influences on the feminine images. The fifth chapter talks about the development of the feminine images with the artistic point of view and how the storytellers show the characters vividly. It analyzes the skills from the way the characters present, the description of their appearances, the way the storytellers speak, to the contrast, the time and the space in the story. Finally, the last chapter generalizes the chapters above to the characteristics and the signification of feminine images in Sung Yuan story-telling scripts.
