Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 材料科學系自然科學教育碩士班 === 98 === This research not only aimed to investigate the current status of the southern counties primary school teachers’ cognition, attitude and teaching beliefs , but also explored the influence of demographic variables on the cognition, attitude and teaching beliefs.In addition, it probed the correlation among the cognition, attitude and teaching beliefs. In order to achieve the purposes of the research, the research constructed a questionnaire to collect the data of southern counties primary school teachers’ cognition, attitude and teaching beliefs`. The research took 850 samples from the four southern counties primary school eligible teachers with proportional stratified random sampling. A total of 777 valid questionnaires was collected, and the percentage of valid responded questionnaires was 91%. The data were calculated by the software SPSS 12.0, and analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation. The main conclusions were summarized as follows: 1. The energy cognition of the participants were acceptable passably. Their attitude towards energy saving was positive and active. Their teaching beliefswere inclined to be more progressive. 2. There was significant difference toward the energy cognition of the variant participants’sex, age, educational backgrounds, colleges, teaching grade, experiences of workshops, and location of the school, but no significant difference for their years of service, position and whether there is Taiwan green school. 3. There was significant difference toward the energy attitude of the variant participants’ age and location of the school, but no significant difference for their sex, educational backgrounds, colleges, years of service, position, teaching grade, experiences of workshops and whether there is green energy related subsidy plan. 4. There was significant difference toward the energy teaching beliefs of the variant participants’ age, colleges and location of the school, but no significant difference for their sex, educational backgrounds, years of service, position, teaching grade, experiences of workshops and whether there is green energy related subsidy plan. 5. There was significant positive correlation between the energy attitude and cognition of the participants. There was significant positive correlation between the energy attitude and teaching beliefs of the participants. However, there was no significant correlation between the energy cognition and teaching beliefs of the participants. Based on the above conclusions of the research, the suggestions are proposed to primary school teachers, school administration, government and further study as references.
