| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 公民教育與活動領導學系在職進修碩士班 === 98 === The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of scout troops supported by Taipei junior high schools. Four aspects of performance were examed which are historical background, human resources, scouting administration, activity and training and issues faced. The main methodology in this research consists in the questionnaire & interview. In the first part, it’s done on the basis of a self-made survey with entitled as “Research Survey on the performance of scout troops supported by Taipei junior high schools”, from the sampled scout troops in Taipei junior high schools that had accomplished three kinds of registration in semester of 2009 academic year. The number of questionnaires is 47 in total and both recovery & effective rate are 97.87%. Questionnaire results were managed in two methods based on the survey formats: (a) closed format by statistically analyzed via EXCEL software; & (b) open format by answer collecting, deleting of repeated ones and follow then show in real. With regard to Qualitative Research part, semi-structurally interview was proceeded, in accordance with “ Outlines of Research Interview on the performance of scout troop support by Taipei junior high schools”, for seven scoutmasters who were chosen by judgment sampling.
