Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 教育心理與輔導學系在職進修碩士班 === 98 === The main purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation among emontional intelligence , resilience and life adjustment of the adolescents; and the differences between adolescents’ gender and grade differences in these three variables. The way of questionnaire was adopted in this study. The participants of the research were 2143 adolescents in Taipei area.The procedure of the study was“the scale of emontional intelligence”, “the scale of resilience ”, and“the scale of life adjustment” Data obtained in this study were analyzed by MANOVA, Tukey method, Pearson correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The main results from this research were shown as followed: 1. Adolescents with different gender, grades, demonstrated significant differences in their“resilience”, “emontional intelligence” and “life adjustment”. 2. The adolescents’ emontional intelligence was positively related to their resilience. 3. The adolescents’ emontional intelligence was positively related to their life adjustment. 4. The adolescents’ resilience was positively related to their emontional intelligence. 5. Adolescents’ resilience can be combined to forecast life adjustment.In addition, the courage to face challenges was the most dominant factors in predicting life adjustment. At last, according to the results of the research, suggest to the research directions and the application of educators in the future.
