The data was conducted through interviewing the counseling team, parents and dropout students to come to the following conclusions: First, positive operation of the mechanism, allocate the resource linking efficiently to create the link effect and get the best out of dropout students counseling and prevention. Second, active children’s heart with teacher's counseling enthusiasm to let them feel like「home」and make them exert a positive influences. Third, it is the firmest backing of the school by mastering the internal and external resources of school and continuously operating the dropout students counseling and prevention. Fourth, parent’s realizing and support is the weakest link of dropouts counseling and it is also the most helpless things to the counseling team. Fifth, the integrated system service of dropouts counseling team is sufficient to make the dropouts counseling work. This research provides Fang-Yuan junior high school and educational authorities the following recommendations.1.As the heart of dropouts counseling work; the counseling team should reinforce the communication function with other departments or offices.2 School counseling team should extensively and positively involve with dropout student’s family to affect the parents’ educational view with government authority or counseling power.3.School counseling team should equip the curriculum under counseling strategy with replacement function; creative curriculum and educational implication.4. School counseling team should actively establish counseling network to strive for multi- and more effective counseling resources.
