And the interpersonal intelligence and movement to solve the dilemma of presidents’ power movement. To reach the point, first of all, discussing relative papers; second, using qualitative research method, which means with interviews, researching the groups, include the president, professors and administrators of Ai-Yu (alias) university; finally, to sum up the conclusion by aforesaid analyzed data and discussed results. 1. president control multiple power source, to extend the influencing category of power. 2. The foundation of power of president mainly based on legitimate power, assisted by accumulating profession and developing contacts, through showing affinity to effect the power. 3. The movement of president power tactic divided from objects, become attempt-type and defence-type. 4. The Confucianists culture and affinity values hauled Ai-Yu president’s power movement. 5. President’s legitimate power and referent power has been weakened by divided views between university groups and president. 6. President’s connection power and expert power were locked in a seesaw struggle because of different interested parties. 7. President’s legitimate power scattered by changed power structure of university. 8.The solution of dilemma of president’s referent power movement is about showing the empathy. 9.The solution of dilemma of president’s export power movement is about open –minded, get rid of self-attitude and developing habit of self-reflection. 10.The solution of dilemma of president’s connection power movement is to build a close personal friendship. 11.The solution of dilemma of president’s legitimate power movement is to concern, connect and consult. key word: power, president, interpersonal intelligence 黃乃熒 學位論文 ; thesis 279 zh-TW
