| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 海洋法律研究所 === 98 === Because the communications convenient, lot of people have permanent residence and nationality of another country with the present situation. People disputed government officials and members of a legislative body have permanent residence and nationality of another country. I herby choose a comparative study of permanent residence and naturalization system for the research topic.
The purposes of this study are as follows：1. Understands about permanent residence and naturalization system. 2. To introduce permanent residence and nationality system of other countries. 3. To introduce permanent residence and nationality system of Taiwan and provided some proposals.
The research methods of this study is to be “literature review”, “comparative analysis”, and“case analysis ”. The study mainly takes literature review and a comparative of permanent residence and nationality system of Taiwan and other countries and case analysis. Finally , to present some suggestions to amend the relevant legislation for the future.
