This research sampled the military instructors of senior high schools in Taiwan,who had completed or were taking the training. 465 military instructors were invited to answer my questionnaires. 388 copies of questionnaire were collected and 359 samples are valid, which yielded 77.2% applicable rate. The returned questionnaires were analyzed with descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and regression analysis. The research conclusions are summarized as follows. 1.Locus of control, achievement motivation, career satisfaction of the military instructors will have influence on self-enrichment training motivation. 2.The interaction of locus of control and supervisor support has positive effects on self-enrichment training motivation. 3.The interaction of achievement motivation and supervisor support has positive effects on self-enrichment training motivation. 4.The interaction of career satisfaction and supervisor support doesn’t have noticeable effects on self-enrichment training motivation. Based on the literature review and the results of the empirical research, suggestions for Ministry of Education and Central Region Office, which organizes some job education training for the military instructors and curriculum design proposed accordingly.
