Moreover, the market share rate of PDA, an indispensable product in our daily life, is rising year by year in the world. In recent years, E-Coupon has suddenly risen to become one of the uses of internet. It possesses advantages that can reduce the cost of advertisement for company, avoid unnecessary waste of resources, be more convenient for users, etc.... The most important thing is that E-Coupon conforms to the “Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction” that every government actively advocates. However, all kinds of E-Coupon website in the market conditions are almost passive characters.
In this work, we try to design a Real-Time mobile coupon system (M-Coupon) for Mobile devices, The system can immediately use in the mode of GPS Location-Based Services or the mode of Ad Hoc. If so, people can receive the information about nearby stores at the first time when they go shopping. In this way, we can not only reduce Spammed advertisements, but also increase the practicability of E-Coupon.
