Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 自然科學教育學系碩士班 === 97 === This study applies an on-line tutor curricular system with ADDIE(Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation, Evaluation)model to design six learning units about heredity. The participant is a seventh grader of junior high school. The main research questions are : (1) What are the teaching content and teaching procedure during applying the on-line-tutoring curricular system for student’s learning?(2) when we apply this system, what’s the interaction between the teacher and the student? (3) What is the effect about the learner understanding the concept of heredity? The data collections of the first and the second mentioned of the three research questions are about the teacher’s teaching diaries to describe the teaching process and the interaction between the teacher and the student. The third of the three data source are the diagnostic pre and post tests which are adapted from this research, and those data are quantitative collection. Besides, the collection of the research also have a interview to understand the effect of the student’s heredity concept on learning. The conclusions of this research are as below:(1)About the working and difficulty solution of the on-line-tutoring curricular system, it is included that the key to the on-line-tutoring curricular system which is depended on the convenience of the curricular design and the digital application, and that the on-line-tutoring curricular system is restricted within the teaching system and the stability of the website, and that the mode of the on-line-tutoring curricular system has its limited function.(2)About the interaction between the teacher and the student of on-line-tutoring curricular system, the main question leading is about questioning and it found that the on-line-tutoring curricular system which offer the function and the stability have an influence on the interaction between the teacher and the student.(3) About the on-line-tutoring curricular system toward students’ learning effect, before teaching, the student has the diagnosis tests about another concept of heredity, including "gene", "heredity rule", "the humans sex and blood type", "mutation" and "biotechnology" etc. And the changing of heredity concept of the student is key to clarify another concept.
