In particular, the purpose of this study are as follows: 1. Analysis and construction of the elementary school system of indicators of quality school. 2 The six counties of validated quality school indicators for empirical analysis of the differences between schools. 3. Summarized in elementary school indicators of quality school weight distribution. Delphi technique used in this research method and survey method, section of the Delphi technique to investigate the academic and practical experts count 19; section of a questionnaire survey to investigate the six counties and cities in Taiwan, according to stratified random sampling was 134 schools, issued a 1702 questionnaire, a return rate of 71.27%; analysis hierarchy process(AHP) of the investigation count 30 experts, academics and practical experts, indicator test results meet the hierarchy of consistency have encountered. In this study, the school as a statistical unit, and the use of SPSS 10.0 statistical software package and Expert Choice 2000 analysis. This study concluded as follows: 1. Quality School Indicators construct a result, 69 indicators for up to a high degree of identity check between the consensus. 2. Quality schools, the objective strategies of vision, professional autonomy of teachers, student fitness and counseling, human resource integration, campus environment create, the quality cultural shape and educational satisfaction outcome, containing 7 dimisions , 23 items, totaling 69 indicators. 3. This study constructs map quality schools, effectively lead the overall research process and results, with practical application value. 4. This study of indicators of being a quality school educators 85% (M = 3.37) recognition, should be used as indicators of school and Evaluation of the reference. 5. Educators in this study of quality school indicators for the reliability and validity very high. 6. Very high correlation of the indicators in quality schools. 7. Quality schools, the allocation of index weight are: objective strategies of vision 20.5%, professional autonomy of teachers 14.4%, student fitness and counseling 14.3%, human resource integration 8.9%, campus environment create 8.9%, quality cultural shape 14.5%, educational satisfaction outcome 18.5%. 8. Quality schools “input”dimension and“process”dimension indicator on the“output”dimension indicators have predictive power. The above findings, this study of the educational administration organizations, schools, and the future recommendations of the study are as follows: A. Suggestions to education administration organization 1. According to the indicators of transformation, as a basis for school evaluation. 2. The construction of information management platform for Education Bureau to increase the quality school multi-media information. 3. The implementation of quality school evaluation should take into account input, processes and outputs three dimensions. B. Suggestions to the school 1. Actively create a good school, integration into the community of human resources. 2. Actively marketing the quality school characteristics, to shape the future vision for the school. 3. The principal use of indicators for the leadership, to assist schools in innovation management. C. Suggestions to future research 1. The research topics could be constructed towards the reconstruction, or longitudinal studies. 2. The object of study can be expanded to private schools and high schools. 3.
