Teachers’ money attitude and their consumer’s behavior were first analyzed. How teachers’ backgrounds affect their money attitude and consumer’s behavior was then discussed. Finally, the correlation between money attitude and consumer’s behavior was reported. The study was based on data collected from questionnaires, distributed to teachers in public elementary schools in Tao-Yuan County. By stratified random sampling, 493 teachers in 40 schools were recruited. Among them, 475 responses were returned. Four hundred fifty-nine valid responses accounted for 93% of all questionnaires distributed. Statistical analyses such as descriptive analysis, independent sample t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's Correlation were conducted. Statistical analyses revealed the following findings: 1.Teachers’ agreement of money attitude was above average. Generally cautious & conservative attitude towards. 2. Taoyuan County elementary school teachers in general tend to have rational consumer’s behavior and moderate performance orientation. 3. Larger compared to school teachers agree that the monetary recognition of their identity and act rashly attitude: (i) Gender, sex, age, education, marital status, teaching experience, position, salary income and the locations of the school teachers agree that was no difference in money attitude. (ii) The younger groups of teachers, on the more cautious and conservative dimensions of identity. (iii) More than 49 classes on the recognition of the size of the school teachers there are significant differences in identity and act rashly. 4. Larger than the size of the school teachers in small schools, teachers often occur in the case of non-rational consumer’s behavior, its Factor is usually caused by community, of others and one of my values as the main trigger of motivation. (v) Size of 49 or more classes of school teachers in the non-rational orientation of consumer’s behavior than others, the following class size of 12 school teachers. (vi) Size of 49 or more classes of school teachers in the non-rational consumer’s behavior, "individual orientation" scale than 12 classes the following school teachers. 5. Pearson product-moment correlation studies have shown "anxiety distress" attitude is the elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County, rational consumer’s behavior to trigger an important factor; "rash actions" attitude is caused by elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County, irrational consumer’s behavior of the important factors. Based on these findings, the present study proposed suggestions to school head administrators, teachers, education authorities and future researchers.
