Furthermore, the researcher attempted to understand the current situation and the differences between principals’ change leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction in administration positions of elementary schools. The principals’ change leadership includes four levels: change vision, change of privatization, organizational structure and technological capabilities. The teachers’ job satisfaction in administration positions includes five levels: administrative supervision, job itself, job conditions, job remuneration and job alteration. Finally, some conclusions were made by synthesized research discoveries and supplied concrete suggestions. According to “ The questionnaire of relationship between principals’ change leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction in administration positions of elementary schools in Taipei City” sampling investigation, the researcher surveyed 530 teachers with administration positions of public elementary schools and received 407 copies of valid respondents. The rate of valid samples was 94.00%. Statistical methods used for analyzing the collected data were: frequency, percentages, mean, standard deviation, univariate t-test, independent-sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Schiffe’s method, Tukey HSD, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression selection procedure. The conclusions were summarized below: 1. The current condition of elementary school principals’ change leadership in Taipei City showed the “high degree”. 2. There were significant differences in principals’ change leadership of teachers’ perception in administration positions of elementary schools in Taipei City based on administrative seniority. 3. The current condition of elementary school teachers’ job satisfaction in administration positions in Taipei City showed the “middle degree”. 4. There were significant differences in job satisfaction of teachers’ perception in administration positions of elementary schools in Taipei City based on gender, age, seniority and administrative seniority. 5. There was high positive correlation between principals’ change leadership and teachers’ job satisfaction in administration positions of elementary schools in Taipei City. 6. The principals’ change leadership was a proper indicator in predicting teachers’ job satisfaction in administration positions of elementary schools in Taipei City.
