Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 課程與教學研究所 === 98 === This study used action research to explore the implementation of career development curriculum for the elementary school gifted student. The research focuses were on: 1. my understanding of the factors that influence the designing of that curriculum. 2. the curriculum and instruction content which appropriate to my gifted students’needs. 3. exploring how the curriculum influences my gifted students’ career development. 4. exploring how the design and implementation of the career curriculum shape my own professional development. The outcomes of this study were presented in four aspects. The first aspect described my understanding of the career development theories related to the gifted students. The second aspect presented my design of the curriculum and instruction contents which were based on my understanding of the career development theoies related to the gifted students. The third aspect discussed how the implementation of the curriculum influences my gifted students’ career development. The final aspect discussed how the experience of the implementation of the career curriculum shaped my professional development. On the based of the outcomes of this study, some implications for practices and future research were proposed.
