The expert team consisted of 9 scholars. During the research process, the modified Delphi technique was applied in the questionnaire conducted and the results analysed three times. All the outcomes received confirmation made by specialist groups. The research results are listed below: 1.In USA, Australia, HK ahd Taiwan, the policy of drug abuse preventing focused on drug-abstaining and transnational cooperation for the goal of “reducing the requirement and reducing the providing”. And also emphasize Anti-drug education through out schools. 2.Analysis of the curriculum of drug abuse prevention and generalize other related studies of drud education needs and experiments on curriculum, to find out the curriculum about drug education for elementary schools, including 5issues, 11 items, and 37 contents. 3.According to “Modified Delphi Technique”, elaborately construct the curriculum about drug education for elementary schools, included 5 issues, 10 items, and 37 contents. (1)In the content of drug education curriculum for elementary school, there were 5 issues included cognitive, physiology, psychology, social, and spiritual categories. (2)The cognitive categories included 2 items and 11 contents. And the 2 items were “drug information” and “drug safity”. (3)The physiology categories included 2 items and 5 contents. And the 2 items were “stage of drug abuse” and “drug abuse and harm”. (4)The psychology categories included 2 items and 8 contents. And the 2 items were “Self-awareness” and “Self-management”. (5)The social categories included 3 items and 10 contents. And the 3 items were “interpersonal interaction”, ”social resources of drug abuse prevention” and “legal norms”. (6)The spiritual categories included 1 item and 3 contents. And the item was “life with love”. 4.In the degree of the importance, there are 33 contents are “extremely high” and 4 contents are “high”. In the experts opion, there was greater unity in the 37 items. 5.In Taiwan, currently, it was still lack of feasible curriculum planning for drug education. The research was of much value because of it’s multiple and to be focused. Finally, to provide some results and suggestions to another related units, teachers and future study.
