Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 不動產與城鄉環境學系 === 98 === In recent years, the street has become one of the most common open spaces in Taiwan. Therefore, the government has been using corridors as a starting point for city design, and has promoted many policies to improve street environment and landscape. However, the designing of city streets is still in lack of a thorough and rational scientific method. In the study towards the full utilization of city resources and the maximum benefits of street design, it is most important to meet the real needs of users while at the same time adhering to urban design criteria. As the urban planning and design is the multiple criteria decision making problem, we use the house of quality matrix combined with analytic network process to understand the relation between technical requirement and the citizen needs of street design. In that way, we can establish an objective and appropriate urban street design model, and choose the specific street space in Taipei as a example to prove the model.
