Chapter 3 Role of Lawyers in the rule of law. It explains the positive impact of the rule of law and negative impact of the law by lawyer. Chapter 4 Perspective of legal ethics. It explains normative ethics, applied ethics and moral and values issues. Chapter 5 Lawyer’s ethics and duty in Taiwan It explains that lawyer’s ethics and duty in Taiwan, and How it is formed. Chapter 6 Conclusion: Pluralism , tolerance and rule of law.
