碩士 === 臺中技術學院 === 事業經營研究所 === 98 === According to organization learning perspective, this study explores the impact that business groups resources, international experiences and local experiences have in enhancing group affliates’performance. Analysis in this study, were base on a sample comprised of 1413 Taiwanese business group affliliates investing in China. We find that resources of business groups and international experiences learning from developing countries enhance group affiliates’performance, while those experiences learning from developed countries reduce their performance.
