For any telecom company which is expected to operate sustainably and to grow continuously, the contribution of the hard-working employees would also be a key factor in addition to the innovation and improvement of the professional techniques. This study adopted the method of a survey by distributing 166 questionnaires to the staffs in a telecom company branch in eastern Taiwan. 133 out of 166 questionnaires have been returned which made the return rate 80.1%. The findings and conclusions of this study are as follow: 1) there is a significant difference in the relationship between in-service training, life satisfaction and job satisfaction among people from different societies and socio-economic background. 2) there is a significant difference in life satisfaction between people who received in-service training and those who did not. 3) there is a significant difference in job satisfaction between people who received in-service training and those who did not. 4) the relationship between in-service training, life satisfaction and job satisfaction has been proved to be positive. With the development of technology and society, the competition among telecom companies is getting more and more intense. For any telecom company which is expected to operate sustainably and to grow continuously, the contribution of the hard-working employees would also be a key factor in addition to the innovation and improvement of the professional techniques. This study adopted the method of a survey by distributing 166 questionnaires to the staffs in a telecom company branch in eastern Taiwan. 133 out of 166 questionnaires have been returned which made the return rate 80.1%. The findings and conclusions of this study are as follow:
1) there is a significant difference in the relationship between in-service training, life satisfaction and job satisfaction among people from different societies and socio-economic background.
