It plays an important role on cultural heritage and sustainable development of society. The trend that the museum's visitors as the center increasing. How to effectively assess, through audience research, provide feedback for future planning of the museum exhibition and a basis for educational activities, will contribute to the professionalization of the field of museum education. This study aimed to collect data from different stages of the analysis, go through the implementation of educational activities of the Education Resource Center of National Museum of Prehistory. The results showed the default educational goals met the real participation. All observers agree that the dimensions of teaching in the performance of access to educational activities overall satisfaction is high. In generally, the effectiveness of all implementation is good. The willingness to participate again was related to the satisfaction of course content, teaching behavior and facilities of activities. The satisfaction from the items could forecast of their willingness to participate again. From the statistics, the effectiveness of implementation of activities, the museum will focus on how to promote the development of education in the future. 1. Education activities: How to establish and bridges of cooperation and communication between museums and schools? How to provide new activities continually? How to satisfied different ages’ participants? And how to attract more participants come to join the activities? 2. Teaching aspects: In order to carry out the educational function of museum, the educator should improve methods of teaching skills and enrich the professional skills continually. 3. Museum professionalization: Education is a professional career, it is necessary to implement effective assessment during it working.
