| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 進修部教育行政碩士班(夜間) === 98 === This study is focusing on the relations between the career developments from being teachers to administrators of three eastern female elementary school principles and their family of origin, schooling experiences and marriage lives. Hence, the study is also concerning on low proportion of female principles in the eastern part of the country, and whether their female roles may or may not have an impact on extending school services. This research paper used the stories of the three principles to represent their life experiences. Through each of their own unique life experiences, and hoping more people will have a better understanding of their career developments.
The purpose of this study is in the following:
1.Understand the career development process of eastern female elementary school principles.
2.Investigate the relations between eastern female elementary school principles
