The Eastern Coastal Patrol Office of Coast Guard Administration is taken as the illustrative example. Several concluding remarks are given as follows: 1.The relationship among internal marketing, organization innovation and organization efficienc for Eastern Coastal Patrol Office of Coast Guard Administration have the intermediate effect. 2.Members in the Coast Guard Administration will have the significant different with the different gender, age, education degree and management position in organization. However, there is no significant difference with the different employment seniority. 3.The stronger degree for the internal marketing will lead to the higher degree for the organization innovation. And the same time, the organization goal and the performance will be easily achieved. Besides, the higher degree for the organization innovation also leads to the better degree for the organization efficiency. 4.Personnel management can be viewed as the key factor of internal marketing with the affection on the organization innovation and organization efficiency.
