The full scale implementation in Taiwan judiciary was in July 1990. In 1988 the Taiwan Taitung District Court joined this computerization program by the order of the Supreme Court of the Republic of China. However, so far, there is no any article emphasizing the influence of this program on the computer literacy of judicial officers of Taiwan Taitung District Court. Therefore, the aim of this study is to investigate the current computer literacy condition of the judicial officers of Taiwan Taitung District Court, and to analyze the most influential factors that govern the computer literacy condition of the judicial officers. To achieve this goal, the method of investigative questionnaires was adopted in this research. The results of this research could be used to provide further suggestions as references to enhance judicial officers
