According to Bernoulli’s equation, changing the water velocity leads to the static pressure drop. When the tube pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure, air will automatically inhale into the tube and form the bubbles. Then using the internal rifle ribs design to force mixed fluid in pipe to rotate and create turbulence. Achieve the goal of the bubble refinement. By the construction of force equilibrium model, the study derived the bubble size prediction exact solution under the high speed flow field. And use a visualization experiment system to observe the average bubble size variation in different water velocity, the number of rifles and the pitch of rifles, and validate the bubble size prediction equation as well. According to the experimental measurement results, the theoretical values have the same trend with the actual values. In addition, in the low-velocity field, increasing the rifling quantity can effectively make the bubble refinement; however, in the high-velocity flow field, bubble refinement is completely determined by the water flow velocity not the rifling quantity.
