For automobile distributors, sales are most significant, who affect business performance. However, the turnover rate of new employees stays high and becomes worse. Consequently, this study aimed at new car sales of one individual corporation to investigate the correlation of their organizational socialization and intention of resignation via questionnaire. The result is show as below: 1.New employees with middle level up of organizational socialization do not have high turnover intention. 2.Negative correlation is found between both factors. Intention of resignation would be getting lower when new employees with higher organizational socialization. 3.Negative correlation between organizational socialization and working experience of vehicle sales could be caused by the complexity of job content in case company. Some new employees with car selling experience have maladjustment problems for their job content is not what they expect, which affects the degree of organizational socialization of each survey candidate. 4.Interviewees’ previous experience of car selling has no moderating effects to the relation between organizational socialization and turnover intention.
