Along with the lift of strict regulation, current global market trends, and client needs, the private banking business will be a gravely influences on the traditional financial industry strategy and operating model. Under the circumstance of highly competitive and client-service-oriented private banking business, how to draw the High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) attention to invest the finical management will be the key success factor for the private bank to stand with the globalization market. For the past years, local private banks can’t competitive with foreign private banks no matter the internal service or working experience. In order to keep the pace with foreign private banks or even exceeding, local private banks should enhance the marketing to follow the client needs and market trends be the customization products to serve the client. The private banking business in “T Financial Holding Company” had been running for two years already, it also had broken through the weaknesses local private banks to compare with foreign private banks with the key successful factors are attributed as follows: 1.External factors: The development of private banking business must be following with local environment and government regulations. 2.Internal factors: The primary focus of private banking services based on the client needs. ?隉ETo waive difficulties for the new clients development. ?隉ETo customize financial products. ?隉ETo gain client’s trust. ?隉ETo build a long-term relationship with clients.
