This thesis text will design the driver system for permanent-magnet synchronous motor. This system hardware is integrated by the control system with a core Digit signal processor (TI TMS320LF2407A), a Microprocessor (MSP430) is used in human interface, combine three-phase frequency converter, absolute type rotary encoder and integrated circuit type current sensor. The software contains the torque control strategy, restrains the electromagnetic torque output, and it design a fuzzy sliding control strategy for rotational speed and current close loop, to simulated the clutch escape function of electronic screwdriver. The permanent-magnet synchronous motor that this thesis regards voltage of the direct current chain as 24V, rated power is 30W, set up under the state in 200rpm / 1.0kgf.cm, 500 rpm /1.0kgf.cm and 1000 rpm /1.0kgf.cm, the result displayed locking the screw and torque limit function, enclose the experimental result, in order to prove the torque limit control function of the permanent magnetism type synchronous motor is possible to replace machinery type torque clutch function.
