| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 98 === The purpose of running a business is to sustain and make the max profits. But with time goes by, enterprise’s core competency has been challenged；due to they overwhelm in their success from the past or the aging of the enterprise. These factors cause rigidity core capabilities for dependence and laziness. Therefore, an enterprise might lose their ability to adapt to the changing of the environment.
In this case, many enterprises use Theory of Constraints (TOC) to improve business performance and to break the limits of an enterprise. They expect to make advanced profit and to reach the business vision by using TOC. Therefore, The main purpose of this study is applying TOC with business diagnose and making a logic thinking process for a case company to setting vision, finding core problems and making solutions.
This study develops a computer aided system to apply on TOC for business diagnose and to make diagnose more efficient than what they were used to, furthermore, to help the company to improve their competitive advantages.
Finally, to confirm the benefits derived from this system, I adopt a case study in this thesis. The contributions of this study are enumerated as follows：
(1)Applying TOC with business diagnose to find core capability of an enterprise.
(2)The study will improve the efficiency of a diagnostic mode
(3)The study will help to make solutions for the contradiction in an enterprise.
(4)The diagnose result from the study can be the strong reference for decision-making.
(5)The study will improve knowledge accumulation in a business and improve their performance。
