It displays the evolution stages in organizations introducing standards. In addition, this study attempted to expound the importance of comprehensive consideration in the all-around organized systems with the imported standards. However, this study through methods of qualitative interview discovered that when social environment changed and became not beneficial to the organizational development, the cases of study triggered organizational evolution, then fitting the environmental changes. Empirically that cases in this study faced business lash was a key to driving motif of management level due to limited resources. Supervisors lead to diverse variation of organized systems with different of motivation. And organizational adaptation ability depended on diverse variation.
