Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 資訊管理系 === 98 === Cloud computing is the most popular topic in these few years and it is the most important innovation of top 10 IT strategic technologies ranking by Gartner’s research in 2010. This study is focus on SaaS (Software as a Service) of cloud computing service and it will study the case of the CRM system of Salesforce.com by using cloud computing framework. Salesforce.com is famous by providing “CRM on Demand” service. In this case, Salesforce.com created a new marketing rule, and put CRM system and data on internet. Their customers just pay few rental fees by month and they can use the full version CRM system. This new business model makes Salesforce.com be rewarded the one of “the top 10 most innovative web companies”. This study will focus on the case of the development of the Salesforce.com CRM system and will study the innovation business models and the business operation strategies by cloud computing service.
