First, according as literature review and case investigation discuss problem to MRT project, then establish checklist for MRT project. Next applies Fuzzy Preference Relations (FPR) method to develop high risk working Items checking and evaluation model and index for MRT project. That can provide owner execute high risk working Items checking and evaluation. In accordance with the value of high risk working Items checking and evaluation index, the project contract performance can be not only controlled but improved through asking professional contractor. Finally, the project objectives for construction quality, schedule, and cost will be achieved. To identify the impact of high risk working Items checking and evaluation index on project success, this study defines “construction project success”, and then searches delegated construction cases. And the cases proceed the questionnaire of high risk working Items checking and evaluation and project success.
