With the monitoring system can be observed the use of solar power situation, a timely switch mode power supply, make the system functions of UPS. In this thesis, LabVIEW graphical programming interface used to design the interface system of monitoring solar and battery power. A digital signal processor (DSP, TMS320F2812), whose control rests with the program is completed in order to reduce hardware circuit cost while increase system reliability is the core of the whole system. In order to test the feasibility of the system, this thesis produce real-time monitoring and control for the small solar energy grid-connected with power system, simulating the situate; on that when the solar energy power is lower than the power system, set in advance.
