Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國文化大學 === 音樂學系碩士班中國音樂組 === 98 === This dissertation tridentifies two contemporary genres of Erhu works. One is those created with adept composing skills, while the other, an earlier form, is those composed by player’s experience and spontaneous flow of feelings. “Erhu Concerto No. 1” by Mr. Kwan Nai-chung and “tan le” by Sun Wun-Ming are presented here and would be discussed as the examples of the two genres above respectively. This dissertation would start form discussing two authurs’ lifes , their achievements, it later also includes structures and ideas of ways they compose and content of works so as to emphasize the essential differences between the two. At the end, it shows the dilemma of judging the superiority between the two genres from both standpoint of views. It brought up issues arguing if the earlier form of composition is merely recognized as production resulting from insufficient knowledge of composing skills and is destined to face the fate of fatal, hopeless limitation or if it can still be accepted and find a new way out in the future.
