Also, it discusses the correlation between students’ teacher-student relationship, peer relationship, learning attitude and learning performance. It specified sampled 942 fifth to sixth grades students from 25 elementary schools in City District, Taipei County to questionnaire with. The research tools were“Scale of school life adaptation for elementary school students”, The data were analyzed with percentage test, frequency distribution, t-test, One-way ANOVA, LSD’s method, and Pearson product-moment correlation. The most important results are as the following: 1. The differentiation analysis on new immigrant’s children’s the school life adaptation based on their individual and family variables. a. Gender and Academic performance and shows most significant (p<0.001) effects on all dimension school life adaptation of new immigrant’s children. And the school adaptation is female better than male, academic performance is best show their adaptation of teacher-student relationship, adaptation of peer relationship , adaptation of learning attitude and adaptation of learning performance in the school life adaptation is significant than others. b. Grade, fathers’ education level and mothers’ education level shows significant (p<0.01) effects on three dimension school life adaptation of new immigrant’s children. Father’ work status shows significant (p<0.05) effects on three dimension school life adaptation of new immigrant’s children. c. The adaptation of learning performance in father’s original nationality and adaptation of peer relationship in mother’s work status shows no significant (p>0.01) effects on only one dimension. And Birth order, mother’s original nationality, family financial resources and family type shows no significant (p>0.01) effects on all dimension school life adaptation of new immigrant’s children. 2. The correlation for the school life adaptation of new immigrant’s children between student’s teacher-student relationship, peer relationship, learning attitude and learning performance in he school life adaptation shows significant level and all are positively correlated. 3. The results provides the suggestion to the father and mother of new immigrant’s children, teachers and other relative units is show below. a. Imporving the foreign multicultural Curriculum. b. Bulidinf friendly school environment. c. Strengthen teacher’s counseling knowledge and personal eduction skill. d. The teacher must treats new immigrant’s children to right educational attitude. e. The teacher should build good communication with the father and mother of new immigrant’s children. d. To find voluntarily and help the children with bad emotion. e.
